Cancellations and Refunds

Brand Bazooka Advertising Pvt. Ltd. believes in helping its
customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal
cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within
    72 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will
    not be entertained if the execution process has started basis the
    order.
  • There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day
    Delivery category.
  • No cancellations are entertained for services that the Brand
    Bazooka Advertising Pvt. Ltd’s marketing team has given on special
    occasions like New Year, Diwali, and any other such day. These
    are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not
    possible.
  • Brand Bazooka Advertising Pvt. Ltd. does not accept cancellation
    requests unless the customer establishes that the quality of service
    delivered is not at par to the standards of requirements that was
    communicated or agreed upon.
  • In case you feel that the service received is not as per the scope of
    the project defined by you or as was mutually agreed upon, you
    must bring it to our notice within 24 hours of receiving the service.
    The Customer Service/ Account Management team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate action

REFUND POLICY

We as Brand Bazooka Advertising Pvt. Ltd. develop and sell services that
we believe in earnestly and use ourselves every day and have hundreds of
satisfied customers worldwide. That is why we can afford to back our
services with this special guarantee. We are committed to highest level of
client satisfaction and so we as Brand Bazooka Pvt. Ltd. are always ready
to rework over the deliverables so as to make them as per expectations of
the client.

We also offer a 100% Money Back Guarantee Policy in case the customer is dissatisfied with the work and has not intentionally or by chance used the developed product / service or violated any other binding terms. To request a refund, simply contact us with your purchase details within 72 hours of receiving the deliverable. Please include your purchase order number (sent to you via mail after ordering) and optionally tell us why you are requesting a refund – we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our quality of service. Refunds are not being provided for services delivered in full such as knowledge base service. Refunds are being processed within 21 days period of receiving the claims for the refunds.

We plan each project by dividing work into milestones.

All projects begin with a complete discovery/analysis and creation of a scope of work document. This is done to make sure that both parties have complete understanding of the work required and thus eliminate the potential for project cancellations, reversals, or disputes.

As there is time spent to achieve every milestone and complete every
module, a refund is not be possible for work already completed.

In the event of a project terminated on a mutual basis, the client has control
of all completed work and any payment for further development will
become void. No previous payment or deposit would be refunded.

No payment will be refunded once the client approves mock-up designs
and we move into the development phase of the project.

There are no partial refunds for projects mid way through a milestone
phase.

SEO and digital marketing packages are not refundable, but the client may
cancel with a notice written 30 days in advance.

We do not offer refunds on deposits or payments for projects that are
abandoned or lay dormant for more than 30 days.
